National Coaches Forum

High Performance Summit

Led by a group of expert personnel that includes U.S. National Team high performance staff, the summit offers participants the chance to explore current U.S. National Team practices, engage in meaningful discussions of current trends within the field hockey world with elite high performance staff, and connect with fellow coaches.

The Nexus coaching staff is crucial for the program to be successful in developing the next generation of elite athletes and future Olympians.
AAU Junior Olympic Games
Learn moreThe AAU Junior Olympic Games provides top U-16 female athletes the opportunity to experience an Olympic-style multi-sport competition while enjoying the camaraderie, inspiration and learning from elite athletes in other featured sports. Athletes will work with USA Field Hockey selected coaches who are trained in "The USA Way", under the tutelage of a USA Field Hockey-trained Coach Educator.

Learn MoreEach year, USA Field Hockey hires more than 500 dedicated, qualified coaches to help run programming including Nexus, AAU Junior Olympic Games, Junior High Performance and more. To be eligible to apply, a minimum of a Level 1 Certification and current USA Field Hockey Coach Membership is required for all positions, and some positions required a Level 2 Certification plus recent coaching experience.
