Q: How can I
login to USA Field Hockey's membership online?
A:
If you are already a member of USA Field Hockey, you can go to
https://webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp/Intralock/LoginRequest.asp and
request a login to access your membership information online. Your login
username and password will be emailed back to you.
Once online, members
may review and edit their membership information, print off membership
cards or renew a membership.
Q: I can't
remember my password? How embarrassing!
A:
No sweat. Simply click the "Forgot Password" link and the
system will e-mail your password to you. You have a lot of passwords out
there so forgetting one isn't emabarrasing. Forgetting your pants,
that's a little different...
Q: I have a tournament this
weekend. How can I become a member before then?
A: Individuals may join USA Field Hockey
online at https://webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp/Memberships/Join.asp
by completing the form with credit card payment. Those not needing immediate membership
services may send in a membership application available at www.usfieldhockey.com/usfha/membership.htm
Q: I Can't find my membership
number that I need to compete in a tournament. How can I locate my number?
A: Members may access their membership
information and print off member verification online. If you do not already have a
membership login, go to https://webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
and request a member login. You will then receive information how to access your
information.
Q: There is an error in my
membership information. How can it be corrected?
A: Members may update or modify their membership information online. Login at webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
for immediate access. If you do not already have a membership login, go to https://webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
and request a login. You will then receive information how to access your information.
Renewing a membership
under a different name ("Becky" rather than "Rebecca," "Bill" rather
than "William," etc.) may cause some inconsistencies in your membership.
Please be sure to use your membership number and the name currently on
your membership when renewing your membership.
Q: I have not received my USA
Field Hockey membership card in the mail. What's the deal?
A: Membership cards are no longer mailed to members. However, online membership
verification is immediately available for printing. Login to your account at webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
or request a login at webpoint.usfieldhockey.com/wp15/IntraLock/Login.asp
and gain immediate access to your membership information.
Q: When I try to login online, I
still cannot access my information. What do I do?
A: If you get locked out of the system or receive a message
indicating an incorrect date of birth, incorrect email, password not
valid, etc., email USA Field Hockey's membership division at kcollins@usafieldhockey.com
and indicate the problem. We will re-activate your record and email you the information
needed to access your record.
