B-Camp Registration Form
The U.S. Field Hockey Association will conduct its open men's B Camp, the first major event in the selection process for the 2000 U.S. national teams, August 13-18, 1999 at the ARCO Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif.
In a departure from previous years, the B Camp will be open to ALL interested male U.S. citizens as an opportunity to enter the U.S. elite team program. From B Camp, athletes are selected to A Camp where the 2000 U.S. national teams are chosen (see selection procedure flowchart)
This is a unique opportunity for advancement into the elite team program.
Interested males athletes should completed a B-Camp Registration Form and return it along with the $150 B Camp fee (checks payable to USFHA), proof of US Citizenship (copy of birth certificate or picture page from passport) to Kate Roberts at the U.S. Field Hockey National Office.
All B camp participants must be members of US Field Hockey. To become a member, send a completed membership application with signed waiver waiver form and membership fee check with your B Camp registration form.
