The Futures Program culminates with a Regional Tournament open to all athletes registered in the Futures Program within each region.  There are eleven regional tournaments.  The Regional Tournament is a fun, festive tournament meant to give the athletes an opportunity to display their talents in a competitive environment. 

 A team of selectors attends each of the eleven Futures Regional Tournaments and selects athletes to represent their region at the National Futures Championship. 

 The number of athletes selected from each region to attend the National Futures Championship is based on the following criteria. 

• Approximately 10% of the Futures athletes are selected to the National Futures Championship
• Each region is given a percentage of spots based on the number of athletes in their region as compared to the other regions.  The percentages are determined each year to assure fairness.
• Based on percentages, regions may split a team with another region.
