The Futures Program is the Olympic Developmental Program of the United States Field Hockey Association. The purpose of the Futures Program is to identify talented athletes and to raise the level of hockey throughout the United States.  The program operates January through June culminating in a Regional Tournament.  Athletes are selected from the Regional Tournament to participate in the National Futures Tournament.
