U16 Trials Schedule

The U.S. Field Hockey Association will conducts trials for the Men's Under-16 team, February 15-17, 2003 at Moorpark College in Moorpark, Calif.

Trials are open to all male athletes aged 15 or younger as of December 31

The participation fee for the trial is $75. Participants are also responsible for all of their lodging, food and transportation costs while attending the trial. A block of rooms at an area hotel is expected to be available for trial participants at a discounted rate. Information will be abvailable in the information packet.

All participants must be current USFHA members and US Citizens to attend.

To participate in the trial, a  U16 Trials Registration Form, U.S. Field Hockey membership, proof of US Citizenship (a copy of the picture page of your passport or a copy of your birth certificate) and trial fee are required. To become a member of US Field Hockey, athletes should also include a completed membership application. Upon receipt of the completed application form, proof of citizenship and fee, an information packet will be sent which includes housing options, medical and liability waivers and directions to the trial site.

Deadline for applications is January 18, 2003.
