2ND INDOOR PAN AMERICAN CUPS  CANCELLED

The Pan American Hockey Federation  has cancelled the 2nd Indoor Pan American Cup scheduled for March 18-21 in Valencia, Venezuela following concerns from the Federacion Venezolana de Hockey.

The governing body for hockey in Venezuela  informed the PAHF on March 2 that political unrest in the country could effect the course of the competition and jeopardize the safety of participants at the tournament.

Both the USA indoor men and indoor women were scheduled to compete in the tournament.

The PAHF is looking to re-schedule the 2nd Indoor Pan American Cup at a later date in 2004.
