US Field Hockey Names Joshua Kruse High Performance/Events Manager

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The United States Field Hockey Association has named Joshua Kruse High Performance/Events Manager. A recent graduate of Iowa State University, Kruse previously served as an intern for US Badminton.

      As High Performance/Events Manager, Kruse will undertake duties in both areas of the Association including High Performance work with the United Airlines Field Hockey League and U.S. elite team tours, and event management responsibilities with the National Indoor Tournament, National Hockey Festival and 2002 Pan American Hockey Federation Indoor Tournament.     

      A 2001 graduate of Iowa State, Kruse served as events and equipment manager for the University's club ice hockey program. He also worked as equipment manager for the USA ice hockey team at the 2001 Winter World University Games in Zakopane, Poland.

      Kruse will begin his duties at U.S. Field Hockey in January.
