2008 Maryland HPC Information
Welcome to Maryland's High Performance Training Center. Our goal is to identify and train potential National Team athletes through extensive training/skill enhancement practices and games. Maryland will be coached by Tjerk van Herwaarden.
Tryout and Selection:
On April 9, 16 & 23 we will hold tryouts. Players must attend one of the 3 tryouts to be eligible for selection. All athletes that are selected to the training squad will be required to pay a $150 registration fee. If selected to the National Championships (June 14-21 in Virginia Beach), athletes will be responsible for travel, housing and meals.
Athletes must register using the link listed on this site. If you choose to tryout for Maryland, please be aware that all of the practice sessions will occur from May through June.
Additional information will be provided regarding future practices and attendance policies.

*Only College-aged athletes or older are allowed to tryout at a High Performance Center. Previously identified Olympic Development Select Athletes also have the opportunity to tryout.
