3. The Ball

 

3 THE BALL(2) 




The ball:

a. shall be sperical, hard and of any material

b. weight: minimum 156 grammes, maximum 163 grammes

c. circumfrence: minimum 224mm, maximum 235mm

d. surface: smooth

e. colour: white or as agreed
(2) Information about balls for playing indoor hockey is included in  Appendix E to these Rules.
